Welcome to Realty Organiser ("Mobile Application") developed and operated by EagleNetra Real Estate Technologies PVT LTD. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). We value your privacy and are dedicated to safeguarding it through adherence to this Privacy Policy ("Policy").
This Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we collect, use, process, store, protect, retain, and disclose Personal Information through the platforms controlled by the Company, including www.realtyorganiser.com ("Website"), the Realty Organiser mobile application ("Mobile Application"), and associated products and services collectively known as the "Services".
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Policy.
Upon accessing the Website or using the Mobile Application, our servers may automatically record certain information. This may include your device's IP address, device and browser specifications, operating system details, language preferences, pages visited, duration on pages, search queries, access times, crash information, diagnostic information, and other technical or statistical data.
This information may be used to identify potential misuse, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, analyse performance, and generate statistical insights into usage and traffic of the Services.
We do not sell your Personal Information.
Information may be shared or made available when necessary to provide the Services, including with your employer or organisation, authorised HR personnel, managers, administrators, trusted service providers, or authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
Location data, attendance information, attendance selfies, leave documents, KYC documents, and other organisation-controlled information may be accessible to authorised users within the relevant organisation according to the organisation's configuration and applicable law.
While you can access and use some Services without disclosing your identity, specific features may require Personal Information.
Information collected or provided may include:
You can choose not to provide certain Personal Information where the Services allow such choice; however, some features may not function without the required information or permission.
Realty Organiser collects precise location only for authorised HR attendance and work-route tracking features.
When an employee taps Punch In or Punch Out, the app may record precise GPS coordinates.
If an employer or organisation enables Track Location, the app records the employee's work route during an active Punch In session.
Location collection for work-route tracking begins only after the employee voluntarily taps Punch In and stops immediately after Punch Out. When enabled, authorised background location tracking may continue while the employee remains punched in, including while the app is closed or not actively displayed.
Background location is requested only when the organisation enables the relevant HR attendance work-route tracking feature.
Location data is used for verifying field attendance and recording authorised work routes. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Location data may be shared with authorised users within the employee's organisation, such as HR personnel, managers, and authorised administrators, for legitimate business and attendance purposes.
We request location permissions to record GPS information during Punch In and Punch Out and, where enabled by the organisation, to continue authorised work-route tracking during an active Punch In session.
On Android, background location is requested only for the relevant attendance/work-route feature. On iOS, the app may first request "While Using the App" location permission and request "Always Allow" only when background work-route tracking is enabled.
Depending on the operating system, a system location indicator may be displayed while background location tracking is active.
Revoking location permission may limit or disable attendance and work-route tracking functionality.
With your permission, Realty Organiser may access the device camera for authorised features such as attendance selfies, property photos, construction-progress images, project records, document capture, and other relevant business functionality.
Camera images are used for their intended business functionality and are not used for advertising.
We may request access to photos or files so users can attach JPG, PNG, or PDF files to leave requests and other authorised business records.
Where supported by the operating system, access is limited to the photos or files selected by the user for the relevant feature.
Revoking the relevant permission may limit file-upload functionality.
Notifications may be used for attendance tracking notifications, leave approvals, HR alerts, organisation announcements, reminders, system updates, and other work-related notifications.
Notifications are not used for advertising. You may manage or disable notifications through your device settings.
On certain Android devices, battery optimisation may stop background location tracking. After Punch In, the app may recommend disabling battery optimisation so authorised attendance tracking can continue correctly. This setting is optional.
Wake Lock may be used only during an active Punch In session to help maintain required attendance tracking functionality and is released immediately after Punch Out.
This permission is used only for the optional "talk to text" functionality, allowing users to enter text by speaking.
Bluetooth permissions may be used for supported audio-device functionality. These permissions are unrelated to HR attendance location tracking.
If enabled by the user, Realty Organiser may synchronise call history to automatically update lead discussion history. Users can choose not to grant the relevant permission. If permission is not granted, the related automatic call-history functionality may not be available.
Organisations may collect customer KYC (Know Your Customer) documents through Realty Organiser for identity verification, legal and regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and organisational record management.
KYC documents are handled confidentially and are not used for advertising. Access may be limited to authorised users of the relevant organisation and other parties where legally required or authorised.
Depending on the circumstances, Realty Organiser may act as a data controller and/or data processor when handling Personal Information.
We act as a data controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing information collected directly for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services.
Where an organisation determines the purposes and means of processing employee, customer, lead, KYC, attendance, leave, location, or other information submitted through the Services, that organisation may act as the data controller and Realty Organiser may act as a data processor or service provider.
Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on:

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information or account.

We do not sell your Personal Information.
We may disclose Personal Information where required or permitted by applicable law, including to comply with legal process, protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to lawful government requests.
We retain and use Personal Information for the period necessary to provide the Services, maintain an active account, meet organisational requirements, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the Services.
We may retain and use aggregated or anonymised information derived from Personal Information after deletion, provided that such information does not identify you personally.

We offer push notifications for authorised work-related features. To deliver notifications to the correct device, the operating system may issue a device token associated with the device. Such a token is used for notification delivery and does not by itself disclose your identity or contact information to us.
You may stop receiving push notifications by changing the notification settings on your device.
The Services may contain links to other resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or security of such third-party resources.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each third-party resource before providing Personal Information.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
No data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that security and privacy limitations may exist outside our control.
The security of Personal Information also depends on the security of your device, account credentials, and passwords. Please take appropriate measures to protect them.
If we become aware that the security of the Services has been compromised or Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of security attacks, fraud, or other unauthorised activity, we will take reasonably appropriate measures, including investigation, containment, remediation, reporting, and cooperation with relevant authorities where appropriate.
Where required by applicable law, or where we determine that notification is appropriate based on a reasonable risk of harm, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals through email, telephone, the Services, or another appropriate method.
Some browsers provide a Do Not Track feature. Because browser implementations are not uniform, the Services may not interpret or respond to all Do Not Track signals. Regardless, we limit collection and use of Personal Information to the purposes described in this Policy and applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date and may provide notice through the Services, email, or other appropriate communication channels.
Unless otherwise specified, an updated version of this Policy becomes effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Services and submitting your information, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you are not authorised to access or use the Services.
If you have any questions, concerns, privacy complaints, or requests regarding your data and privacy, please contact our support team at support@eaglenetra.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve privacy complaints and valid requests as quickly as reasonably possible and within the timescales required by applicable data protection and privacy laws.
