  • BLUETOOTH: We request Bluetooth permission to establish connections with audio devices. This enhances the audio experience within our app, allowing you to enjoy high-quality sound seamlessly.
  • BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: The Bluetooth Admin permission is required to manage connections with audio devices. This ensures that your audio experience remains optimal and uninterrupted while using our app.
  • When you buy products and services from Orions through the Orions.com web store.
  • BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: This permission is vital for establishing and managing connections with audio devices. It guarantees that you can effortlessly connect and interact with audio devices through our app.

To avail certain Services on the Reality Organizer App, Users are required to provide certain personal information for the registration process which may include: Name, age, gender, user’s photo, image, phone number, user id, payment info, address, contacts, and location.

  • Read_external_storage: We do not request or require access to your external storage, ensuring that your personal files and data remain private and inaccessible to us.
  • Read_media_images: We do not require permission to access your media images, ensuring that your photos and multimedia content is not accessible to us during the lending activities.
  • Read_contacts: We strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization and do not access your contact information. Rest assured that your contacts remain confidential and are not used for any lending-related activities.
  • Access_fine_location: We do not seek access to your precise location data. We respect your location privacy and only collect location information if explicitly required for legitimate purposes, such as determining eligibility for certain loan products.
  • Read_phone_numbers: We do not request or access your phone numbers. Your phone number remains confidential and is not utilized as a part of our lending activities.
  • Read_media_videos: We do not require permission to access your media videos. Your videos and multimedia content are not accessed or utilized by us during the lending activities.

Privacy of children

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through the Services, please contact us to request that we delete that child’s Personal Information from our Services.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Services without their permission. We also ask that all parents and legal guardians overseeing the care of children take the necessary precautions to ensure that their children are instructed to never give out Personal Information when online without their permission.

Managing information

You are able to delete certain Personal Information we have about you. The Personal Information you can delete may change as the Services change. When you delete Personal Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Do Not Track signals

Push notifications

We offer push notifications to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. To make sure push notifications reach the correct devices, we rely on a device token unique to your device which is issued by the operating system of your device. While it is possible to access a list of device tokens, they will not reveal your identity, your unique device ID, or your contact information to us. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving push notifications, simply adjust your device settings accordingly.

The Services contain links to other resources that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other resources or third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every resource that may collect Personal Information.

Welcome to Realty Organiser("Mobile Application") developed and operated by Eagle Netra Real Estate Technologies PVT LTD. ("Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) We value your privacy and are dedicated to safeguarding it through adherence to this privacy policy ("Policy"). This document outlines the types of information we may collect, referred to as "Personal Information," either from you or provided by you, through the platforms controlled by the Company viz. www.realtyorganiser.com website ("Website"), "Realty Organiser" mobile application ("Mobile Application"), and associated products and services collectively known as "Services." The Policy elucidates our procedures for gathering, utilizing, securing, and disclosing Personal Information and elucidates the options at your disposal concerning the use of your Personal Information, as well as how you can access and update it.

Sync Mobile call history - in order to auto update the leads discussion history we would like to sync the call history with our application. All the users are employees of their respective organization. Stil user can choose not to share the call history with us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want to ensure that your experience with Realty Organizer Web & App Service is satisfactory. If you find our service not useful after using it for a period of 6 months, you have the option to cancel your subscription and request a refund.

1. Cancellation Process

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a cancellation and refund, you must have been an active subscriber for at least 6 months.
  • Cancellation Request: Submit a cancellation request through your account settings or by contacting our customer support at info@EagleNetra.com before the end of the 6th month.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Eligibility: Upon successful cancellation, you are eligible for a refund of your total paid amount, excluding government taxes and server costs.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the total subscription fees paid by you, excluding any government taxes and server costs.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 45 days business days after the cancellation request is approved.

3. Exclusions

  • Government Taxes: Government taxes collected by Realty Organizer Web & App Service are non-refundable.
  • Server Costs: Refunds will exclude any server costs incurred during your subscription period.

4. Subscription Termination After 6 Months

  • Automatic Renewal: After the initial 6 months, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Non-Refundable Renewal: Renewals are non-refundable, and cancellation requests made after the initial 6-month period will not be eligible for a refund.
